Louis-Marie Longin graduated in business law and tax law (Université Paris-2 Panthéon-Assas). A member of the Paris Bar since 2014 and assists companies and their executives in their day-to-day labour law issues, both in the areas of legal advice and in litigation before the labour /civil courts.

Jean-Baptiste Barsi

Jean-Baptiste Barsi is graduated in business law and tax (HEC and Dauphine Paris) and digital law (Panthéon-Assas University - Paris II). He has worked as a business lawyer since 2007 in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) and then in Paris in leading business law firms. In 2019, he co-founded IMPULSA.

Graduate of the Master 2 Business Tax Law in Lille. Tax specialist since 2016 with experience acquired with a varied clientele of accountants and lawyers. He's supporting national and international actors in their various tax issues in France (IS, VAT, heritage, litigation, etc.)
